We are delighted to welcome you to our circle of guests! Before making a reservation for your holiday and starting to travel, please read through the important information, as follows.
Conditions (valid from 23.11.2009)
1. Reservation, check-in, prepayment:
Please feel free to make a reservation via telephone, telefax, email or personally at the office. Please be advised that we are going to confirm your reservation for the cottage and other services. OPUS guarantees the purchase of the given service. A signed copy of the confirmed reservation should be sent back to our office and a prepayment should simultaneously be made via bank transfer, or via mail or by hand at the office. The proportion of the prepayment is 25 per cent of the accommodation rate but minimum 100 EURO. If you wish to pay with Holiday Cheques, please let us know beforehand. Should the reconfirmed/signed reservation sheet and the prepayment not arrive within 3 days from the date of the commencement of the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
2. Cancellation by the traveller:
The traveller shall cancel the cottage or service reservation in writing.
within 30 days prior to commencement of the holiday 15 per cent of the total amount
within 29-14 days prior to commencement of the holiday 40 per cent of the total amount
within 1-14 days prior to commencement of the holiday 100 per cent of the total amount
3. Modification of reserved services:
If you wish to modify your reservation in terms of number of persons or change of a date it is possible per prior agreement with our office. A modified confirmation with new services and prices shall be sent back to you.
4. Cancellation, modification by OPUS:
OPUS sustains the modification right. Should unforeseen technical problems or difficulties emerge, e.g. sewage break down at the reserved cottage, owner terminates the contract, etc. If OPUS is informed beforehand about problems as such, the guests shall be informed upon arrival that the reservation is modified and a cottage with similar parameters is available per the confirmed price. If a technical breakdown emerge on the day of arrival, the office takes the above mentioned measures thereto.
5. Minimum reservation days, number of persons, prices, fees:
During pre, post and mid season the cottages and apartments are to be reserved for minimum 5 nights, with any arrival and/or departure date.During the high season the minimum of reservation nights are 7 nights, in shifts from Saturday to Saturday. The reserved cottages should be used by a given number of persons. The rate contains the price per night and electricity, water costs and linen. The rates do not contain the resort fee which differs per settlement (please see item 7.)
Key pick up, arrival to the office of the given settlement, showing up the copy of the confirmed reservation. The accommodation is available during high seasons (July and August) between 14.00 and 17.00 o'clock, during pre-mid-post seasons between 13.00 and 17.00 o'clock. If unforeseen difficulties occur (traffic jam, car break down, delay) please inform the relevant office by telephone. Thank you.
7. Miscellaneous expenses, payment for accommodation:
On the day of arrival payment in cash - against an invoice - or payment via bank transfer.
Miscellaneous expenses on the spot:
Deposit: upon key pick up:
- Number of person at minimum 7: HUF 20.000 for the reserved period
- Number of persons above 8: HUF 30.000 for the reserved period
Resort fee - tourist tax, the fee which OPUS pays to relevant municipality, proportion differs per settlement (HUF 400 - 450.-person/night) in case of persons between 18)
Pets are allowed to some cottages (cats and dogs), rate HUF 10.000 for the reserved period.
A baby bed and/or high chair to feed babies can be rented per prior agreement at rate HUF 5.000 for the reservation period.
An extra bed - per prior agreement - can be rented if the space allows: rate HUF 2.500/person/night.
Departure before 10.00 am. Deposit is returned upon giving back the keys if the owner or a representative of our office checked the place and found everything all right. If there is a problem, the compensation of damages is subject to agreement.
